We were very happy with Michael Lesko. He was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and professional. The scheduling process was super easy and Mike communicated very well throughout the process. Mike was very detail oriented and explained a lot as he went through the house. He identified things which we would never have noticed and gave us several suggestions regarding upkeep of the home we were purchasing. Mike went above and beyond to be thorough, even with the fact that it was new construction. The inspection report he prepared was fantastic. We strongly recommend hiring him.

I think Michael Lesko did a phenomenal job inspecting the property that I am looking to purchase. While it is a newer property, he took no shortcuts and was able to detect deficiencies, albeit minor, related to the property. He was very thorough, personable and a pleasure to meet.
